Blueflame Labs was approached by a client who needed assistance in integrating their Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with their Dynamics AX (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform. The objective was to fetch account data from Dynamics CRM and map it to the corresponding customer data in Dynamics AX. Our Solutions
Blueflame Labs proposed the implementation of Dell Boomi, an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), to address the integration challenges. Leveraging the capabilities of Dell Boomi, our team designed and developed a streamlined process to facilitate the exchange of data between Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX.
The solution involved utilizing the CRM HTTP client connector, CRM standard connector, and AX connector provided by Dell Boomi. Our experts mapped the relevant fields from Dynamics CRM to Dynamics AX, ensuring a seamless transfer of customer data. The integration process was designed to handle both the creation of new customers in Dynamics AX as well as updates to existing customer records.
Results
