The client is one of the leading golf club fitters aimed at helping golfers of all skill levels achieve longer, more accurate shots. Their approach emphasizes unbiased recommendations, focusing solely on finding the optimal combination of components to improve players’ scores. Renowned for their expertise, the client’s fitting process is backed by master fitters and state-of-the-art technology, offering a wide range of clubhead, shaft, and grip options for customization. 

The challenge
  • The client aimed to enhance their wave traveler monitoring process by developing traveler PDFs from their existing customizations. This included dynamically generating traveler PDFs from multiple records like sales orders, item fulfillment, standard wave incorporating various PDF render requirements, leveraging their previously developed customizations to streamline the process efficiently, and representing their data on the traveler PDF in a complex and dynamic way. 
  • The client wanted to extend their existing customization and develop new ones to reflect the information in more summarized and precise format.

Our Solution

  • Extending their previous functionality, our team developed new customizations using Suitelet, PDF Templates and SuiteScript to render traveler PDF from Sales Order, Standard Wave and Item Fulfillment records.
  • Customization was built to handle large volume of data which was being aggregated from various records and sourced on the PDF to be displayed in a specific format.
  • Added a sorting feature within the traveler PDF, organized by segments.
  • The customization built provided the capability to view attached picking tickets alongside the traveler.
