About the Client

  • The client is a Golf Club fitting company based in Willow brook, US. The company was established in 2010 and has approximately 100 stores and 375 employees
  • It is situated in all key golf markets across the United States. It provides professional golf club fittings to help golfers of all levels hit longer, more accurate shots. The process is impartial; no particular brand is favored, ensuring the best possible combination of components for each golfer. Each location offers over 50,000 clubhead, shaft, and grip options for customers to try.
The Challenge      
  • The client was encountering challenges in understanding and optimizing their integration between Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • The client, a golf club fitting company, faced a challenge in managing large volumes of data from multiple stores across the U.S. Each location offered customers a wide array of golf club customization options, with over 50,000 possible combinations of clubheads, shafts, and grips. The club fitting process also collected detailed data tailored to each individual customer’s needs. With 100 stores, syncing this data into NetSuite became critical, especially as data was coming from different systems, such as CRM, ERP, and point-of-sale systems.

  • To address the client’s challenges with data being sourced from multiple sources and also huge amount of data we decided to implement Boomi Atom Queue which helped us on below points.
