- The Client also holds the exclusive rights to market, sell, and distribute a biosynthetic wound matrix, a company-based collagen-based dermal matrix.
The Challenge
- The Client faced significant challenges in optimizing and understanding the integration between their Dynamics 365 Business Central and the Xemelgo platform. As a global leader in advanced medical technologies, managed large volumes of complex data across multiple regions.
- Each facility had access to intricate product information, customer data, and operational insights. With numerous locations and a wide range of interconnected systems including ERP, CRM, and inventory management platforms the need for seamless data synchronization became critical.
