Job Description

The NetSuite Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical design, implementation, and ongoing support of NetSuite ERP solutions. This role requires a strong technical background in NetSuite, experience with system integrations, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of developers and technical consultants.

Job responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
    • Ensure best practices and standards are followed in all NetSuite customizations and integrations.
  • Project Management:
    • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Manage project tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Development and Customization:
    • Design and develop custom NetSuite solutions, including custom scripts, workflows, and integrations.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite configurations and customizations.
    • Ensure the quality and efficiency of custom scripts and configurations through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Integration and Data Management:
    • Lead the integration of NetSuite with other business systems and applications.
    • Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity during the implementation process.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes.
  • Support and Maintenance:
    • Provide ongoing technical support for NetSuite users and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
    • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and enhancements.
    • Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and functionalities and recommend improvements.
Job qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite implementation and customization.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including ERP, CRM, and SuiteCommerce.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder.
  • Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Skills
  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer).
