Job Description

The .NET Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications. This role involves working on both new development projects and enhancing existing applications to ensure they meet business requirements and user needs.

Job responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core).
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and enhance development processes.
Job qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
  • Familiarity with database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of security principles and practices in web application development.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
